Terms of Service

Welcome to Happy Yellow Guava. These terms apply when you use happyyellowguava.com or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Happy Yellow Guava.

1. Who can buy
You must be at least the age of majority in your province or state to make a purchase. Children may use our products with the permission and supervision of a parent, guardian or teacher.

2. Our products
Happy Yellow Guava sells digital products: printable PDF workbooks, colouring pages and worksheets. No physical item is shipped. After payment you receive a download link by email and on the order confirmation page. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), and applicable taxes are added at checkout.

3. Orders
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a price or product was listed in error. If that happens after payment, we'll refund you in full.

4. What you can do with your files
When you buy a product, you get a personal licence to:

  • print it as many times as you like for the children in your own home;
  • teachers and tutors: print it for the students in your own class or tutoring group.

5. What you can't do

  • Share, email, upload or post the PDF files, or the printed pages, for others to download or copy.
  • Resell, redistribute or include the files, or any part of them, in another product, free or paid.
  • Claim the designs, illustrations or text as your own.

Schools, co-ops or organisations that want to use a product across several classes can email us for a group licence.

6. Ownership
All designs, illustrations, text and the Wild Animals جنگلی جانور characters belong to Happy Yellow Guava and are protected by copyright. Buying a product gives you the right to use it as described above, not ownership of the design. The Happy Yellow Guava name and logo may not be used without our written permission.

7. Downloads
Please save your files once you receive them. If you lose your download link, email us with your order number and we'll resend it.

8. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

9. Use with children
Our products are designed for children aged about 3–6 and are meant to be used with an adult nearby. Please supervise young children with pencils, crayons, scissors and other supplies.

10. Reviews and feedback
If you send us a review, photo or feedback, you agree that we may share it on our website and social media, with your first name or the name you provide. We will never share your email or contact details.

11. Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the site, for example by trying to access files you haven't bought, sending spam or malicious code, or copying content from the site.

12. Shopify and privacy
Our store runs on Shopify, which processes orders and payments for us. Any personal information you give us is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

13. Liability
We work hard to make our products accurate and useful, but they are provided as they are. We aren't responsible for printing results, which depend on your printer, paper or settings. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

14. If part of these terms doesn't apply
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.

15. Changes
We may update our products, prices or these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies.

16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
