Refund Policy

Our products are digital downloads (printable PDF files), delivered instantly after purchase. Because a file can't be returned once it's downloaded, all sales are final.

We still want every family to be happy with their purchase, so we will always help in these cases:

• The file won't download or open. Email us and we'll send you a new link or the file directly.
• You bought the same product twice by mistake. We'll refund the duplicate.
• You bought the wrong product and haven't downloaded it yet. Contact us within 14 days and we'll swap it for the right one.
• The file has a problem, such as missing or unreadable pages. We'll send a corrected file or give you a full refund.

Please note that we can't offer refunds for changing your mind after downloading, printer or ink issues, or the pages printing differently than expected on your printer. If you're unsure whether a product is right for your child, try our Free Urdu Sampler first.

How to reach us

Email happyyellowguava@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually take 5–10 business days to appear.
